DATAFLOW works by allowing data that is captured using electronic forms to be transferred automatically to both ‘key internal business users’  and to specific back-end systems e.g. Database, CRM, ERP or spreadsheets – whatever format your organisation finds it easiest to work with.

DATAFLOW makes data available instantly for day to day use.

Business users create forms in pdf and easily configure processing rules for these forms.  When the forms have been distributed and subsequently completed and returned by the customer DATAFLOW automatically picks up and processes the information from the forms according to the rules defined at set up time.

Forms can be available either by email, web services or a folder location as appropriate and the data is processed based with the users pre defined rules.

DATAFLOW is a customisable tool to facilitate the capture of data, and can work as a stand-alone solution or can be very easily integrated with existing systems, both providing and accepting data from these systems using our modular approach to transferring data.
